Highlights

  • Experience leading and managing SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) projects for consumer products companies with multiple US facilities. Led and managed all aspects of SAP ERP strategic and tactical project requirements for a high technology-based food company supply chain management consisting of a headquarters location and six US manufacturing plants. Designed and implemented processes and requirements for rapid 1-2 day customer service and fulfillment with major US corporate customers.  Successfully led SAP ERP process reengineering, teams and associated project management in sales, operations, accounting, information technology (IT) and software engineering including agile project management experience in addition to waterfall project management. Provided IT organizational design, employee mentoring and development in IT project management including service layer and electronic data interchange.

  • Designed, planned and led US Department of Energy, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL) food industry integrated energy-water resource management process and technology research and project that is now recognized as a global ‘Best Practice’ by the US Department of Energy - Office of Scientific and Technical Information (OSTI).
