- Led operations, supply chain, procurement process and project initiative that delivered 8-30% average cost reductions across diverse operating functions including manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics. Responsiblity for direct and indirect materials, services and technologies annual budget responsibility of $250 million.
- Planned, designed and implemented a transportation organization initiative focused on transportation management, projects and supporting staff developmment The initiative was applicable to 40 Class 8 diesel trucks and supporting transportation lifecycle asset management for both short-haul (<200 mile radius) and long-haul across the western United States. Planned and implemented a diesel fuel cost savings initiative with a resulting marked-to-market cost savings achievement of approximately 20%.
